The Confederation of African Football, CAF has banned Tanzania’s head coach Adel Amrouche for eight matches for the statement he made towards Morocco’s FA and CAF.
Adel Amrouche was handed an eight-match ban and a $10,000 fine after he accused the Moroccan FA of controlling CAF and African football.
Coach Adel Amrouche said the Moroccan is controlling African football by choosing their referees and dictating things for the African Football Governing body after his side lost 3-0 to the Atlas Lions of Morocco on Wednesday.
In addition, he has been suspended by the Tanzania FA for his comments and will not be available on the bench when Tanzania faces Zambia on Sunday.
