The Anti-doping test conducted by CAF on Victor Osimhen, Moses Simon, and William Troost Ekong returned negative CAF said on Monday.
This means that the test didn’t detect any presence of a prohibited substance in the players and they have been cleared.
CAF picked the three players for a doping test after their Spirited and energetic display against the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon on Saturday.
The Nigeria player’s test sample was taken in for a random dope test by the anti-doping department. This test is randomly conducted on players whose energy they suspect is enhanced by some banned substances.
