DR Congo captain Chancel Mbemba falls victim to racist slurs from Moroccan fans on his Instagram account.
Moroccan fans invaded Mbemba’s Instagram account after his altercation with Walid Regragui at the end of the game at the San Pedro Stadium.
A general fight broke out between Morrocan and Congolese players after their 1-1 match. It first started between the Morrocan coach, Walid Regragui, and the Congolese captain, Chancel Mbemba.
The arguments started in added time when DR Congo captain Chancel Mbemba went down, referee Peter Kamaku called in a stretcher and he refused to get on it and had to be forced to step out of the field before coming on and with a yellow card.
Both teams after leaving the pitch were seen running into the tunnel to continue the fight in the dressing room.
