The draw of the preliminary round of the Africa Cup of Nations AFCON Morocco 2025, will take place on February 20 in Cairo Egypt.
The 2025 qualifiers will start in the preliminary round with teams with the lowest FIFA ranking in the latest FIFA rankings.
The preliminary round is scheduled held from March 18 to 26, 2024, with the winner of both legs securing their place in the group stage qualifiers.
The first two group phase matches of the 2025 AFCON qualifiers are scheduled between September 2 and 10, 2024, followed by the 3rd and 4th days in October 2024 (October 7-15).
The qualifiers will end in November with the 5th and 6th days which will take place from November 11 to 19, 2024.
The top teams each will qualify for the 2025 AFCON scheduled to take place from June to July in Morocco.
