Nigerian boxer Anthony Joshua shows great sportsmanship and respect for Francis N’Gannou after knocking the former UFC champ in the 2nd round. AJ and Francis showed respect for each other and Joshua even went as far as advising him not to leave boxing.
Joshua dropped the former UFC champion twice before a crushing third knockdown pinned Ngannou to the canvas in an emphatic stoppage. Afterward, Ngannou hailed Joshua’s knockout power.
Joshua, a former two-time unified heavyweight champion, took a step closer to a blockbuster undisputed fight against Tyson Fury with a superior performance to his rival, who was made to work by the Cameroonian on his debut last October.
It should be noted that N’Gannou switching from UFC to boxing is only on his 2nd fight tonight with 2 losses. However, AJ has left the door open for N’Gannou should the Cameroonian want a rematch.
