The international friendly game between Nigeria’s Super Eagles and world champions Argentina in March has been called off.
This was reported by BBC Sport journalist, Oluwashina Okeleji as there has been no official statement made by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) over the cancellation of the game.
The high-profile friendly game was billed for 26 March 2024, in Los Angeles, USA. But has been canceled due to the short time to process visas for Nigerian the delegation to the United States.
Costa Rica has been reported to be a potential replacement for the Nigeria Super Eagles against the World Champions.
