Egypt, Algeria, and South Africa lead the medals Table after the end of Saturday.
Egypt increased their lead after adding more medals on Friday by winning Gold in the Chess and Table Tennis mixed event, wrestling, and swimming event.
Algeria also increases their medals tally with two Gold in the Wrestling event a, silver in a mixed double of Table Tennis and chess.
The big mover was South Africa who won Four Gold in swimming and a Gold in Cycling.
Nigeria could only win Bronze in wrestling on Saturday while Angola Botswana and Uganda also won their first medal on Saturday.
