Former Ghana defender and brother to Dede and Jordan Ayew, Rahim Ayew has replied to those insulting his brothers and Father over the Black Stars’ recent poor performance.
Ghana was eliminated in the group stage with just two points from three games after three injury-time goals in two of those matches. The Black Stars were two goals ahead against Mozambique in their final group game and on course to qualify for the knockout stage until the Mambas scored twice in injury time to draw 2-2.
The Ayew brothers have been blamed for the Black Stars’ poor results and Ghanaians have called for the retirement from the National team.
Ghanaians also blamed the influence of their father for the consistent call-up of the Ayew Brothers for national duty.
Rahim Ayew replying to those who criticize his family said ” My father is bigger than the whole Ghana Football.
