Nigeria Women’s Basketball National Team Coach, Rena Wakama has released the call-up list of invited D’Tigress players for the FIBA Women’s Olympic Qualifying Tournament 2024.
The FIBA Women’s Olympic Qualifying Tournaments (OQT) take place from 8-11 February with 16 teams participating in four global, round-robin tournaments.
Nigeria is in Group B alongside World Champions USA, European giants Belgium, and Rivals Senegal in the qualifiers that will take place in Antwerp, Belgium.
The African champion’s first game will be against the Lionesses of Senegal whom they beat in 2023 to clinch their fifth African title.
