Nigeria Super Falcons shot-stopper and CAF Goalkeeper of the Year 2023, Chiamaka Nnadozie has made her 5th penalty save in the UEFA Champions League this season.
The Super Falcons shot-stopper saved Rosa Kafaji’s penalty to help Paris FC to a goalless draw against BK Hacken and remain on course to qualify for the next round ahead of the last matchday in Group D.
Nnadozie saved two penalties in FC Paris’ 4-2 shootout victory over Arsenal and saved a crucial penalty against Wolfsburg to reach the 2023/24 UEFA Women’s Champions League (UWCL) group stage.
The 23-year-old also made a crucial penalty save and several other outstanding stops as Real Madrid recorded their first-ever UWCL victory in the group stage.
The Nigerian goalkeeper has been phenomenal in the Women’s Champions League this season for her French club.
