CAF has released the list of referees who will officiate the 2023 Africa Cup Of Nations, and unfortunately, no referees from Nigeria, Uganda and Gambia have been included.
The tournament will take place from January 13 to February 11, 2024. A total of 68 referees have been selected for the competition, consisting of 26 referees, 30 assistant referees, and 12 VAR referees.
This news has disappointed Nigerian football fans who were hoping to see their country represented in the officiating team. Stay tuned for more updates on the tournament.
