Super Eagles and Chippa United goalkeeper, Stanley Nwabali, has been linked with English Championship club Queens Park Rangers.
This is according to Italian Journalist Fabrizio Romano.
The 27-year-old shot-stopper has kept four clean sheets in six games while picking up one man of the match in the process for Nigeria at The African Cup of Nations (AFCON).
Nwabili also saved two penalties in The Super Eagles’ semi-final showdown against South Africa, thus helping his nation to their first AFCON final since their 1-0 victory over Burkina Faso in 2013.
“Nigeria GK Stanley Nwabali, on the list of different clubs as Al Ettifaq in Saudi and Queens Park Rangers in the UK enquired about him.
“His South African club Chippa United will consider his future move in the next months.
Nwabali returned to South Africa on Tuesday following his remarkable performance and was greeted by hundreds of Chippa United fans upon his arrival at Port Elizabeth Airport.
