The Confederation of African Football has accepted the request made by the Nigeria Football Federation to move next month’s Women’s Olympic Football Tournament final qualifying fixture, first leg encounter Kick-off time between Nigeria and South Africa by one hour.
The game, which is the opening leg of the fixture that will determine which of the two teams will be one of Africa’s two flagbearers at this year’s Women’s Olympic Football Tournament in France.
The game was initially scheduled to start at 4pm on Friday, 5th April 2024 at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium , Abuja but the encounter will now commence at 5 Pm.
The return leg in South Africa will be played at the Loftus Versfeld Stadium , Pretoria on Tuesday, 9th April 2024.
The encounter will commence at 7.30pm South Africa time (6.30pm Nigeria time
