African champions Nigeria D’Tigress are on a short vacation after securing an Africa ticket for the 2024 Paris Olympics.
The Nigeria D’Tigress are the only African country in the Women’s Basketball slot as Senegal who lost to Nigeria failed to make it out of the group.
The players who went on short vacation include point guard Promise Amukamara, Ify Ibekwe, Victoria Macaulay, Nicole Enabosi, and Chidera Chidom.
The appearance in Paris will be the third time D’Tigress will be qualifying for the Olympic Games.
The ladies qualified for Athens 2004 and featured at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
