Ten Teams have confirmed their place in the women’s football event of the 2024 Olympic Games.
In UEFA, World Champions Spain beat France in the finals to win the inaugural Uefa Women’s Nations League
While Spain qualified for the Olympic games as the winner of the UEFA Women’s Nations League, France qualified as host alongside bronze medalist Germany.
In Asia, Japan and Australia grabbed the two AFC tickets to Paris 2024 after beating North Korea and Uzbekistan in the last round of qualifiers.
In CONCACAF, the USA qualified as the winner of the 2022 CONCACAF Women’s Championship while Canada Beat Jamaica 4-1 on aggregate to qualify for the Olympic games.
In CONMEBOL, Brazil and Colombia qualified as finalists in the 2022 Women’s Copa America.
In OFC, New Zealand qualified after winning the eight-team Olympic qualifying tournament.
The final two spots are from CAF and will be decided in April while the Olympics draw set is for March 2024
