Zambia forward Racheal Kundananji is the African highest goal scorer for both club and country in the UEFA Women’s ranking for the year 2023.
Kundananji is ranked behind Chelsea and Australia forward Sam Kerr in the list of the top 11 players who scored the most goals for both club and country in Europe in the year 2023.
The Madrid CFF player scored a total of 34 goals, three behind Sam Kerr who scored 37 both club and country in the year 2023.
Other Africans on the list are reigning Africa Women’s Player of the Year Asisat Oshoala who scored 28 goals for both Barcelona and Nigeria and Marjolen Nekesa who scored 26 goals for Slavia Praha and Kenya.
Racheal Kundananji earlier in December 2023 became Africa’s first-ever winner of the Goal 50 award as she beat Barcelona’s Asisat Oshoala to the top spot & Lauren James finished fifth.
