Nigeria Super Falcons head coach Randy Waldrum has signed a new contract tying him to the Nigeria women’s national football team for another term.
The Americans led the team to the Round of the 2023 FIFA World Cup where they crashed out on penalties to finalist, the Lionesses of England.
Waldrum whose contract expired last year in October has been away from the team during their Olympic and WAFCON qualifiers matches.
According to reports, the American tactician has signed and sent the contract extension he was offered to the NFF.
As of today, the NFF president Ibrahim Gusau has also put pen to paper, endorsing him as Super Falcons boss ahead of the 2024 Olympic Games Qualifiers.
It is worthy of note that Waldrum also submitted his program that will equip the team with the requisite capabilities and develop a dynamic team throughout his extension.
